We have a wealth of experience in business development and strategy that actively supports new and existing businesses. We are a close-knit community set amongst the peace and tranquillity of a beautiful rural backdrop. Our mission is to help our businesses prosper with business facilities that suit their needs. In addition to offering business support in the form of mentoring, training and skills development as well as apprenticeship opportunities, we also provide office units, workshops, food preparation areas, manufacturing spaces and agricultural provisions. Furthermore, we help businesses gain access grants and investment.

We currently have a community of 17 businesses employing the equivalent of 38 people full time and contributing £1.92 million gross added value to the local economy. However, our long term vision for the estate aims to increase the number of permanent, full-time jobs to 126 and increase the business contribution to the local economy to £5.62m per year.
